The long-awaited, missing 2nd side of "Technology of Tears" recorded at Noise NY by Kramer, this album was written for theatre in 1987 using a host of avian and mammalian voices, snippets of unidentified musical material and electroacoustic noise-sculpting, for a dark and amazing album.
