Studio improvisations from the far-ranging quartet of Daniel Thompson on acoustic guitar, Adrian Northover on saxophone, Mbira & Melodica, Adam Bohman on objects, and Jean-Michel Van Schouwburg on voice, an experimental acoustic set that at times takes on nearly electronic qualities, Van Schouwburg and Bohman bringing unusual and unique elements to authoritatively perplexing dialog.

Northover is well known from his work with Remote Viewers, and also London Improvisers Orchestra; Adam Bohman is also a member of the LIO. Daniel Thompson is a member of The Runcible Quintet, and has recorded with Francois Carrier, and released several records with Neil Metcalfe. Van Schouburg is heard on the Emanem album by Collectif Inaudible, and has participated in Freedom of the City performances; in 2017 he released a duo with Yoko Muira on the FMR label. Clearly non-idiomatic, this album is a treat to fans of, perhaps, Phil Minton's Donut series, and those who like their free improv slightly bewildering and fully adept.

Favouring acoustic sounds over electronics, he explores the minute tendrils of sounds coaxed from any number of non-musical instruments and objects. He is a member of British experimental groups, Morphogenesis, The Bohman Brothers, Secluded Bronte, and The London Improvisers Orchestra.
