Artist Biographies

Xavier Mussat is a French visual artist and musician, playing prepared guitar and other experimental sound tools.

"Xavier Mussat devoted his first life to comics from an experimental and autobiographical angle. The need to practice a living, inventive art in "real time" led him to develop a practice of improvised amplified guitar.

He circumvents the traditional use of the guitar by looking for textured and noisy sounds."
